Job Desk :
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Executive.
- Assists the hiring managers with recruitment.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Processes new hires and terminations documentation.
- Compile and update employee records and files (hard and soft copies).
- Maintain personnel records ensuring timely and accurate records.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance report, bonus, leaves, etc).
- Provides General Affair support by answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining office equipment and supplies.
- Responsible in handling and reporting petty cash.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Undertake special assignments/projects, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
- Good in English (speaking and writing) is a must.
- Minimum D3 in Human Resources or related field from reputable university.
- Proven relevant experience in HR and GA support.
- Have basic knowledge of HR role, Indonsian Labor Law, Income Tax, BPJS Regulation.
- Ability to handle sensitive and private confidential information maturely and appropriately.
- Strong administration skills, excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Pleasant personality and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under the pressure and tough deadlines.
- Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
- High integrity, self-motivated and reliable/trusted person.
- Hard-working and fast learner.
